Dennys Fuentes

Dennys Fuentes

Since a youth, Dennys has actively been involved in physical fitness. He played soccer in the Toronto Spanish League then continued on to professional cycling and Olympic wrestling. Dennys’ fun loving and spirited nature makes for a heart pumping and thoroughly enjoyable spin class.

Nicole Kajzer

Nicole Hirtz

Nicole has been Mad Dogg Athletics certified Spinning instructor since March 2009. She believes in the interval training philosophy, where better results are achieved from bursts of high-intensity with short recovery periods, as opposed to working at a mid-level for a long period of time. This translates into her classes, where Nicole takes you on a ride full of steep hills, fast sprints and short water breaks in-between. She invites you to come take her class, as long as you bring a towel, lots of water and don't like working-out to slow ballads!

Aniko Kaszas

Aniko Kaszas

A former nationally ranked fencer and avid rugby player, Aniko was first introduced to spinning by fellow Brown's Instructor Paul Psaila. Loving every minute of his class, she decided to add to her P. T. S. and C.S.C.S. certifications by taking a spinning instruction course. Taking a page from his book, she focuses on great music that energizes, inspires and helps make the class fun (and fly by!). With lots of sprints and climbs, there's no lack of variety, but always a lot of sweat.

Louis Mantis

Louis Mantis

I am a certified USA Cycling Coach and a certified Johnny G Spinning instructor. I have been teaching Spin for over 15 years. I choose to make my classes very intense and very challenging. I took this line from Johnny G. and kept it for myself: "I am not your father or your mother, I am simply your coach, and as your coach, I am only here to make sure that you give your best effort. If you do that then we have both accomplished our goals."

Jessica Morris

For a long time now, Jessica has been an avid fitness and wellness advocate. As a CAN FIT PRO fitness instructor and C.O.R.E Cycling Specialist, Jessica combines her passion for music and performance to truly motivate her students in every indoor cycling class that she leads. In her spare time, with the persistent combination of weight training, hot yoga classes and her pursued love for natural nutrition, Jessica continues to promote, educate and live a healthy organic lifestyle. Which while bringing talent, enthusiasm and a unique flare to every class, Jessica strives to provide the most gratifying experience for every one of her riders.

Paul Psaila

Paul is an avid cyclist who enjoys road and mountain biking, he has been a SPINNING certified instructor for 4 years and gives a class that simulates an outside ride with lot’s of climbing. and believes that the music used in a class is more than half of the experience, so you never know what you are going to hear.
